Unveiled to Lead

The First Annual Mother & Daughter Conference & Dinner

More than a beautiful afternoon together, The beginning of a year-long journey of growth, connection and mentorship.

An enriching experience created for girls and young women, and the mothers or guardians walking alongside them.

A dinner for girls and the mothers or guardians raising them,

DATE:  12th Sept, 2026.

TIME: 3:00 PM GMT.

WHERE: United Kingdom, Sheffield .

Growing Up Is Different Today. She should not have to navigate it alone.

Our daughters are growing up surrounded by more voices than ever before.

Social media tells her how she should look.
Friends can influence what she believes she should want.
Culture places expectations on who she should become.

And somewhere amongst all that noise, it can become difficult for a young girl to hear and trust her own voice

Refined Treasures exists to change that.

We are a mentoring and empowerment community for girls and young women aged 12 to 20, intentionally created to help them understand who they are, develop confidence, make wise choices, care for their wellbeing and grow into women of character, purpose and influence.

On 12 September, mothers, guardians and daughters will come together for an unforgettable afternoon of elegant dining, connection, conversation, learning, laughter and reflection.
But the conference is only the beginning.

From that day, she steps into a mentorship journey designed to help her grow through the seasons ahead.

She does not need another voice telling her who to be.

She needs a safe place that helps her discover who she already is and who she can become.

WHAT SHE LEARNS WITH US

Everything a girl needs, taught properly

Across the year, we explore practical areas that shape the woman she is becoming, guided by accomplished women with knowledge, experience and a genuine commitment to seeing the next generation flourish.

01

Self Awareness

Helping her understand herself, her strengths, values, emotions, personality and boundaries; and how to tell her own voice apart from everyone else's.

02

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

Helping her understand anxiety, pressure, comparison, disappointment, rejection and emotional resilience. Most importantly, she learns that asking for help is a strength and how to recognise when she needs support.

03

Physical Health and Wellbeing

Helping her understand and respect her changing body. Food, rest, exercise, and the health matters young women are rarely told about early enough.

04

Social Media and Digital Life

Teaching her to use technology without allowing technology to define her. She learns about online safety, digital boundaries, healthy social media habits and building a digital footprint she can remain proud of years from now.

05

Etiquette and Presence

Helping her carry herself confidently and graciously wherever life takes her. From introductions and conversations to dining etiquette, social confidence and professional environments, she develops the small habits that often make a lasting impression.

06

Communication and Public Speaking

Helping her find her voice and use it well. She learns to express herself clearly, communicate confidently, speak before others, navigate difficult conversations and communicate professionally in writing.

07

Relationships and Boundaries

She learns how to recognise healthy relationships, communicate her boundaries and say no without feeling guilty for protecting what matters.

08

Leadership

She learns principles of leadership, team leadership, handling disagreement, making decisions, and owning it when things go wrong.

09

Purpose and Career

Working out what she is here to do. School choices, first jobs, interviews, and building a path without panicking about having it all figured out.

10

Money Sense

She learns the principles of Budgeting, saving, understanding what things really cost, and making money decisions that do not just follow the crowd.

11

Civic and Policy Awareness

How decisions get made in her school, her community and her country. Her rights, her voice, and how to use both.

12

Values and Integrity

Deciding what she stands for before life asks her to prove it. She learns how to make decisions rooted in her values and maintain her integrity, even when doing the right thing is unpopular or uncomfortable.

WHAT HOLDS IT TOGETHER

Four Questions That Shape Everything We Do

Every conversation, mentorship session and experience within Refined Treasures connects back to four foundational questions.

Whatever the topic that month, it always answers one of these four.

Identity
Who am I?

Taking off the labels she was handed, so she can see herself clearly.

Purpose
Why am I here?

Finding her gifts, discovering her strengths and her direction, at her own pace.

Presence
How do I show up?

Helping her develop the confidence, communication and social awareness to walk comfortably into different spaces without losing herself.

Integrity
What do I stand for?

Doing what is right, even when nobody is checking.

What happens after that night is over

When the evening ends, the journey continues…

Every month, for the girls. Virtual mentorship sessions

Once every month, the girls come together online for an interactive mentorship session focused on one of the key areas within the Refined Treasures programme.

Sessions are led by accomplished women bringing both professional expertise and real-life experience.

Our mentors include women across fields such as:

Medicine | Law | Business | Technology | Academia | Communications | The Arts | Public Service

The girls will experience: .

◆        Honest, age-appropriate conversations about real-life issues

◆        Access to women they can learn from and look up to

◆        Opportunities to ask questions in a safe environment

◆        Practical activities and tools they can apply immediately

◆        Recorded sessions they can revisit

◆      A supportive community where she is known for who she is, not by her follower count

Every quarter, for mothers and guardians.

Four times a year, the women raising these girls meet for their own session, discussing topical issues that affect our young girls. Because when the women raising our girls feel informed, encouraged and supported, the girls benefit too

◆        Rich, enlightening conversations that provide Practical guidance and support

◆        A group chat that stays active in between, so nobody is doing this alone

◆        Clear updates, so you always know what your daughter is being taught

Different Ages. Different Questions. Different Support.

A 12-year-old and a 25-year-old are navigating very different seasons of life.

That is why Refined Treasures does not use a one-size-fits-all approach.

Girls and young women are supported according to the life stage they are currently navigating.

THE EVENING ITSELF

What the night looks like

One Afternoon. Shared Memories. Meaningful Conversations.

On Saturday, 12 September 2026, mothers, guardians and daughters will gather in Sheffield for an uplifting afternoon designed to strengthen connection and mark the beginning of the Refined Treasures journey.

The welcome

Every girl is received properly and given her welcome package, including her journal and her copy of the Refined Declaration.

Together at the table

Good food. Laughter. Games. Conversation. Mothers, guardians and daughters will share the table together through intentionally designed experiences that encourage connection before we move into deeper conversations.

Inspiring Conversations

Hear from accomplished women who will share openly about leadership, purpose, relationships, resilience, identity and navigating different seasons of life. Not simply stories of success, but the lessons, decisions, setbacks and courage behind them.

Mother & Daughter Moments

Dedicated experiences will create space for mothers and daughters to pause, talk, listen and appreciate one another. Because sometimes the conversations that matter most simply need the right environment to begin.

The Unveiling

The manifesto is read out, the community officially opens, and the first members sign their names to it. And our first generation of girls begins the journey of becoming women who are:

Grounded in identity.     Clear in purpose.     Confident in presence.     Unshakeable in integrity.
